Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

goodx is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for all public pages on goodx.com.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA only where native semantics fall short.
  • Maintain color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text (WCAG AA).
  • Ensure keyboard navigability for every interactive element, including modals.
  • Provide visible focus indicators (no outline: none without replacement).
  • Alt text on every meaningful image; aria-hidden on decorative-only imagery.
  • Respect prefers-reduced-motion — animations pause or skip.
  • Form inputs use <label> with explicit for attribute.
  • Skip-to-main-content link on every page.
  • Mobile touch targets of at least 44×44 px where feasible.

Known limitations

We test goodx against major screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack) and run automated axe-core audits in CI. Known gaps we are actively working on:

  • Some live-updating components (sticky price bar, marquee) may not announce changes to all screen readers consistently. We provide static fallbacks.
  • Complex visualizations (effectiveness bar, dose-titration timeline) currently rely on accompanying text descriptions; we plan dedicated data tables.
  • Third-party partner sites we link to may not match goodx accessibility standards. We cannot control partner accessibility.

Audit cadence

We run automated accessibility audits on every deployment and a manual audit at least quarterly. Audit findings, fix dates, and outstanding items can be requested via email below.

Report a barrier

If you encounter a page, feature, or content on goodx.com that is not accessible to you, please tell us. We respond within 5 business days.

  • A description of the barrier
  • A reasonable alternative format you would like

Conformance status

goodx partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as of 2026-05-21. "Partially conforms" means that some content does not yet fully meet the standard. Work to close the remaining gaps is ongoing.
