This Affiliate Disclosure is provided in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR §255) and explains how goodx earns revenue from affiliate relationships.
What is an affiliate relationship?
An affiliate relationship is a paid-on-conversion partnership between goodx and a third-party company, typically a telehealth provider. When you click a tagged link on the Site and complete a qualifying action with that partner — usually signing up for service or completing a paid consultation — the partner pays goodx a commission.
The price you pay does not change because of this commission. The partner pays goodx out of its marketing budget, separately from your subscription, consultation, or medication price.
Which partners do we have affiliate relationships with?
goodx maintains affiliate relationships with the GLP-1 telehealth providers and manufacturer-direct programs listed on our providers page. We may add, remove, or modify partners over time. Examples of current partners include:
- Henry Meds, Mochi Health, Ro, Hers/Hims
- LifeMD, PlushCare, Found, WeightWatchers Clinic
- Calibrate, Eden, SkinnyRx, and other licensed telehealth providers
- Manufacturer-direct programs (e.g., LillyDirect, NovoCare cash-pay)
How affiliate links are marked
Affiliate links on goodx are tagged with our identifier and route through /api/affiliate/[provider]for click attribution. Buttons or links such as "Visit [Provider]", "Get started", or "See offers" on provider pages are typically affiliate links. We mark these with the rel="sponsored noopener" attribute per FTC and search engine best practice.
We do not insert affiliate links inside the body of editorial articles without an inline sponsored marker.
Networks we partner with
goodx receives commissions through these affiliate networks:
- Impact.com
- Sovrn Commerce
- Katalys
- Direct partnerships with select providers
How affiliate commissions influence what you see
- Provider catalog inclusion: We include both affiliate-partner and non-partner providers in our editorial coverage. Inclusion does not require an affiliate relationship.
- Default sort:By our internal "goodx score" (based on price, FDA status, customer experience, and shipping speed) — not commission rate. You can change the sort.
- Editorial reviews: Pros, cons, and ratings are written by our editorial team independently of commission rates. Negative reviews of affiliate partners are not removed.
- Comparison tables: Recommendations are based on the criteria stated on the page (price, FDA status, shipping speed), not commission.
- Promotional placements:Sponsored banners or featured cards are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Ad."
What goodx does NOT do
- We do NOT mark up the price of any partner's service.
- We do NOT prescribe, dispense, or ship any medication.
- We do NOT sell your personal data to advertisers.
- We do NOT receive commission from manufacturers or pharmacies for editorial content about their specific medications.
Editorial independence
Our editorial team operates independently of business development. Affiliate partners do not review or approve articles before publication. We may decline to add a provider to our affiliate program based on editorial concerns (e.g., poor track record, FDA enforcement letters), and existing partners may be removed if standards are not met.
FDA-aware policy on compounded medications
Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved. Several of our affiliate partners offer compounded options. We disclose compounded status on every relevant drug and provider page. The commission rate does not influence whether we recommend compounded versus FDA-approved options — that recommendation is based on the patient's circumstances (cost, eligibility, risk tolerance), with appropriate disclaimers.
Questions about this disclosure
If you have questions about our affiliate relationships or want to verify whether a specific link is an affiliate link, email [email protected]. If you believe one of our recommendations is biased due to a commercial relationship, email [email protected] — we investigate every such report.
