Titration timeline

Missed-dose protocol
Max skip window
At least 3 days before the next dose
Inject the missed dose as soon as you notice, if your next dose is at least 3 days away. If it is due in 1 or 2 days, skip the missed dose and take the next one on schedule.
When to contact your prescriber
- You have missed several doses in a row.
- Injection-site lumps that are large, painful, or do not go away.
- Signs of pancreatitis or kidney problems.
