How do I request data deletion?

Under CCPA, CPRA, and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you.

How to request

1. Email privacy@glp1zoom.com OR use the contact form with category 'Privacy'.
2. Provide enough information for us to identify your records (typically the email address you signed up with).
3. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days under CCPA).

What we delete

• Newsletter subscription records
• Submitted form data (reviews, contact submissions, dose-tracker entries)
• Hashed IP addresses (we never store raw IPs)

What we cannot delete

• Records required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for accounting)
• De-identified aggregate analytics
