Separately, Part D can cover a GLP-1 for a covered indication: Ozempic and Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes, Zepbound for obstructive sleep apnea, or Wegovy for cardiovascular risk reduction in eligible patients — when your plan’s formulary lists it, usually with prior authorization.
