The Ozempic Savings Card that advertises “as low as $25” is different: it only works with commercial insurance that already covers Ozempic, and it does not apply if you are uninsured or on Medicare/Medicaid.
Because Ozempic is FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes (not weight loss), cash-pay weight-management patients generally move to a semaglutide product that has a self-pay route: NovoCare injectable Wegovy at ~$349/month maintenance ($199 introductory), oral Wegovy from ~$149/month, or compounded semaglutide via licensed telehealth at from about $69/month (not FDA-approved as a finished drug). Which brand and indication fit you is a decision for your prescriber.
