The Wegovy Savings Card comes from Novo Nordisk’s NovoCare program. With a valid prescription and eligible commercial (employer or marketplace) insurance that covers Wegovy, the card can lower your copay to as little as $0 (up to a monthly savings cap). To get it: obtain a prescription, enroll at NovoCare (or call the number on the program page), and present the card details with your prescription at a participating pharmacy.
The card requires commercial insurance — Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and TRICARE enrollees are not eligible, and the uninsured cannot use it. If you’re uninsured, the cheapest routes are the oral Wegovy pill (from $149/month) or NovoCare self-pay injectable (~$349/month for maintenance doses; $199/month introductory). Terms change without notice — verify on the NovoCare site. As of July 2026.
