The Wegovy Savings Card comes from Novo Nordisk’s NovoCare program. With a valid prescription and eligible commercial (employer or marketplace) insurance that covers Wegovy, the card can lower your copay to as little as $25, paying up to $100 per 1-month fill, $200 per 2-month fill or $300 per 3-month fill. To get it: obtain a prescription, enroll at NovoCare (or call the number on the program page), and present the card details with your prescription at a participating pharmacy.
The card requires commercial insurance — Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and TRICARE enrollees are not eligible, and the uninsured cannot use it.
