The “Zepbound for $25” offer is the Eli Lilly savings card. It applies only if you have commercial (non-government) insurance that covers Zepbound for chronic weight management: the card lowers your copay to as little as $25/month, with savings capped at $150 per month. Medicare, Medicaid, VA and TRICARE members are excluded by federal rules, and the card cannot be combined with the self-pay vial pricing.
If your insurance does not cover Zepbound (or you are uninsured), the $25 card does not apply. The cheapest FDA-approved route is then LillyDirect self-pay single-dose vials at roughly $299–$699/month depending on dose — no insurance involved. Compounded tirzepatide via licensed telehealth runs lower (~from about $99/month) but is not FDA-approved as a finished drug.
