How the Mounjaro Savings Card works
The Mounjaro Savings Card is a manufacturer copay card from Eli Lilly for people with commercial insurance and a type 2 diabetes prescription. It reduces a copay — it is not a coupon that works without insurance, and it is not a cash program. What you pay depends entirely on the three cases above: covered, not covered, and government-insured.
The catch: no cheap cash Mounjaro
Unlike Zepbound (the weight-loss tirzepatide brand, which has Lilly self-pay vials), Mounjaro has no manufacturer cash self-pay program. So if your plan does not cover Mounjaro, the card's $150/month cap barely dents the ~$1,080 list price. For type 2 diabetes, ask about other covered GLP-1s or patient assistance. If your goal is weight loss, Zepbound self-pay (same molecule) is far cheaper — see cheapest tirzepatide.

Apply and read the live terms at Lilly's Mounjaro savings page — the per-fill and annual maximums change, so we link the source rather than printing a number that expires. For the printable reference card and every other GLP-1 program, see our Mounjaro coupon page and savings-card hub.
