How the Wegovy Savings Card works
The Wegovy Savings Card is a manufacturer copay card from Novo Nordisk. It is not a coupon you can use anywhere and it is not the same as buying Wegovy cash — it only reduces a copay, and only for people with commercial insurance. What you actually pay splits into the three cases above: covered, not covered, and government-insured. Getting that one question right is the difference between paying $0 and paying hundreds.
If you're not covered: the cash route
When a plan excludes Wegovy — common for weight-management coverage — the card is worthless, but you are not stuck at the ~$1,349list price. Novo Nordisk's own NovoCare cash-pay program runs about $349/month for maintenance doses ($199/month introductory). Compare that against telehealth providers on total monthly cost — some bundle the visit and shipping — in our cheapest semaglutide guide and full Wegovy cost breakdown.
